We've spent our lives in hospitality. Bars, restaurants, hotels, the rooms where people decide what to order and why. We learned that the thing people remember is almost never the big thing. It's the detail somebody bothered with.
We started JAi six years ago, when nothing about it was possible yet. Real spirits and cold-pressed juice in a glass bottle meant cold, and cold meant a distribution system that didn't exist for alcohol. Everyone told us to make it shelf-stable. That's the whole compromise right there, and it's why every ready-to-drink cocktail before ours tasted the way it did.
We didn't do it. We built the cocktail we wanted and waited for the road to get built.
It has. Cold chain reaches nationally now. Manufacturing is in place. And the person who used to open the refrigerator for their food is opening it for their cocktail.
We're Cori and Lindsay, married and co-founders, and we didn't build this alone. Distillers, juice makers, bartenders, and buyers have been in it with us the whole way, telling us the truth when we needed to hear it.
We've also been pouring the entire time. Festivals, hotels, rooftops, private clubs, Pride. Every recipe in this bottle was tested by people holding one.

*Gluten Free: Our premium cocktails are crafted using distilled spirits, which are generally considered gluten free because the distillation process removes gluten proteins. However, because our spirits are derived from grains, including wheat, we advise individuals with severe wheat allergies or sensitivities to consult their healthcare provider before consuming.
*Pressed Juice or Cold : Our pressed juices undergo High-Pressure Processing (HPP). This innovative method uses pressure, not heat, to preserve the vibrant flavors and natural essence of the juice, ensuring every sip tastes as fresh as the day it was made, without the need for artificial additives.
